Beth Garrison holds a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, where her research has specialized in working with neurodivergent individuals, developing AI prototypes and agentic systems to support them in reaching their vocational and social goals. Beth specializes in data science, Human Computer Interaction, UX research, and has experience developing NLP, Generative AI, and Computer Vision models.
Prior to her PhD, for over a decade, Beth worked with the design and implementation of vocational and behavioral programs for multiple clinical organizations, school districts, and insurance funders across several states in the US. With experience in organizational development and instructional design, she’s also developed customizable training packages for staff working in the field and parents with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
